"I scheduled an afternoon for the work to be done. Unfortunately, they did not arrive on time and later informed me that they would not be available that day at all. Had to schedule for 4 days later. This was not good. However, once Shawn came, he was great. He was knowledgeable, cleaned up his work areas well, speedy, and fair. The company did not charge their regular $59 fee for showing up as a result of the original time problem."

"They were a little late coming the first day, but we had a lot of rain and they were behind. Once they started, they were there everyday... Our pool was nasty green, and when they were done it was sparkling clean... I never would have believed it. Plus she explained all the pool equipment to me and went over what to do and when. Since we bought the house with the pool already there, we knew nothing about it. Tammy and her crew were great to work with and the price was great... Thanks for a great experience. Michelle"
