Rob met with us and listened to what we wanted to do.  He presented us with a detailed proposal at a fair price.  He followed the proposal document carefully throughout the project and helped us focus on what we had agreed to do.  Both Rob and Tom were very professional and courteous.  They were respectful of our home and were a pleasure to be around.  By the end of the project they felt like part of the family!
Our bathroom was very ugly and outdated.  They removed the old cabinets, repaired the plaster, painted, installed new cabinets, tub surround and toilet.  It looks beautiful now!
In our kitchen they removed wallpaper, repaired plaster, painted walls and ceiling and removed our existing flooring.  We found unexpected hardwood underneath so we hired The Sandman to refinish our floors because the damage was more extensive than Rob could repair.
Our stairwell was covered with stucco.  They removed it, repaired the walls, including a large hole in the plaster and then painted.  It looks great.
We will definitely hire them again!

"Let me say that Jody and Precision Prep & Paint lives the name of his company name. He Prepped, Painted and Stained our House and Deck with Precision and PERFECTION! Jody is a Perfectionist! Might I suggest Jody that you ad Perfection to your company name! ? Jody came out to our aluminum sided home , quoted us a very competitive price and did everything he promised and more. Our home siding had faded over 35+ years of wear to the extent that it had faded from dark brown to almost a reddish color. We chose a really nice blue color and Jody recommended we use “Polar Bear “White paint for the trim to make it “POP” He came out the first day and power washed the house and deck. The next day he spent several hours purchasing the materials and got started with the project which also included some carpentry work. He met and exceeded our expectations by far as you can see from the pictures. Jody was a joy to have working at our house. He cleaned up on a daily basis and became great friends with our crazy dogs and transformed our house into a home that my wife and I had dreamed of for years. Thank you Jody for your professionalism, perfection and friendliness over the duration of the project. We (as in Henry the nutty dog , Bo the Inspector General and I) are going to miss seeing your smiling face every morning and watching you do what you do! Wishing you all the best in the future.
