"Marcello's company did and excellent job. We are now enjoying a full den with beautiful floors, a big office and a full bath. The laundry room is great with new sink and washer and dryer. They added wrought iron railings for the front steps, repaired the brickwork and added blue stone for steps and porch. The painters did an excellent job inside and out. All of the workers were polite and professional. They went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend them."

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"Eric came and quoted the job. He was not the cheapest or the most expensive but something about the way he conducted himself made us want to go with him. The prep crew came and milled the old driveway and when they were done the area was left spotless of any debris. two days later the install guys showed up and went right to work, the driveway came out beautiful, above my expectations, again when they left the area was spotless. everyone was very professional and personable. "Great experience! Love the finished product! We were connected with Harris & Co through the folks we were hiring to pave our driveway. Josh, the owner reached out to me to schedule time, he came up with a design that brought granite pavers and cobblestones together to finish the side entrance and where the garage meets the driveway that was better than I could have imagined. From there, he ran with ordering materials, meeting the timeline, getting the materials on site and bringing in quality guys to do the job. There was an issue with a drain pipe that was installed that would have impacted how the stones were laid and Josh identified and rectified it by adding a right angle to the pipe. That alone, showed that he genuinely cared about the quality and the customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend."

"Our bathroom had lots of mold and peeling paint due to no exhaust fan.  We found OSPS through Angie's List and called George for an estimate. George came over within the week and looked over our bathroom. George explained what he could do and even gave us some great suggestions to give us more room in our really small bathroom. George explained that the bathroom would be totally gutted. I explained to him my concern that I would be without a bathroom at night because I suffer from IBS. He was very understanding and said the toilet would be replaced every night if he could. The only time we were without the toilet at night were the 2 nights the floor tile was installed and grouted. He also ordered a portajohn so I wouldn't be without a toilet throughout the day. Demo day came and 2 of his workers Ron and Dominic came. I was impressed a how well they worked together to get the room gutted. Ron continued on with George to install the tub, toilet  and other pieces. George had subcontractors do the electricity and painting. OMG what a paint job this guy did! We thought we would have to replace our door because of all of the cracks but the painter repaired it and it looks brand new. There were some problems arose which I expect in any job. George ordered our tub for us to save us some money but it arrived cracked but with one call a replacement was brought the same day. The vanity and the sink we ordered online came damaged. We returned the sink top and the right size but kept the vanity since the damage wasn't that bad and could be hidden. We did email the store with a picture of the damage and got a gift certificate. I also want to mention that every time we called or emailed George with questions we had picking the stuff out he returned our calls or emails promptly. He even met us at the store and helped us pick out some stuff. We were so confused as to what we needed or what would look good and he made it so much easier. We have a lot of work left to do in our house and will definitely call him when the next project is ready to be done. <br />"
