"I needed a solution for three windows high up in a high ceiling living room. Facing the hot west sun, these shadeless windows were heating up the whole downstairs! Christine investigated numerous types of solutions, narrowed down the choices, then went to bat with manufacturers' reps to bring about the best solution for the best deal possible. She's not afraid to roll up her sleeves and join in the work. Plus after years in the business, she knows the "right" people to call and the latest news in the design industry."

"Overall, I was very happy with the service and results. We had 5 rooms and a hallway to do - a total of 1029 sq ft according to their measurement. We chose their top-of-the-line carpet that they buy in bulk (so they can pass on savings to us), along with the premium pad which extends the warranty to 35 years. There was a couple of times in the initial planning, meausuring & quote giving stage that I had to follow-up because I didn't hear from anyone, but when I did they were responsive. The work crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves well. The only thing they wanted to do where I had to stand my ground and say "no" even though they tried to talk me into it had to do with moving my large entertainment center into the middle of my kitchen, where I wouldn't have had access to anything in my kitchen for a large chunk of the day. We had piled many boxes of stuff we had to remove from shelves and off of the floor in the dining alcove (after moving our table outside and stacking our chairs) and I had left myself a card table and one chair squeezed in where I could sit and do stuff on my computer while they worked in the rest of the house - also leaving the space free to access all the appliances, cupboards, counters and sink. As I said, they were presurring me to let them fill that space with the entertainment center. They eventually got it moved outside. Three weeks later, everything is still looking good!"
