"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

Just as important as the good job they did with the siding, they helped me solve 2 problems I'd been having with the house: Birds kept building nests at the top of the brick columns on my front porch so they fashioned a solution with metal break.  I had previously had an occasional leak from rainwater getting behind my old siding during hard rainstorms. They took special care with the siding in that area and have said that if that happens again with their siding they stand behind their work and will come remedy it."
