Instead of fixing the situation, they abandoned our project, leaving our deck roofs dangerously supported by 2x6s wedged into the ground. They?ve been nearly impossible to communicate with, and when they do respond, they are rude, dismissive, and show zero concern for safety. Since dealing with them, we?ve heard many other horror stories from others. Their high ratings are misleading ? stay far away from Smith Roofing & Exteriors."

He did such a good job, I had him replace, caulked and painted the baseboard and trim in the hallway outside the bathroom. He was very reasonsable on his pricing and did an excellent job. He finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything g up when finished. He did a very professional job and hope to have more work done by him in the future. I would recommend him to anyone."
