"We had All Renovations add a garage to the side of our house and it was an overall great experience! The new garage required moving utility lines, sump pump pipe, cables, re-routing vents and extending back into some space in our yard. We also had new gutters installed all around the house and the garage itself was fully insulated with an extra space in the back for a gym area. We had never done a big extension like this and the team provided great support, info and managed a complex project with ease. Mir provided great support with estimates and addresses all our questions and change requests with patience and friendliness, Jim provided prompt updates on the timeline and always kept us looped into the next step, while Tony led the work on site with efficiency and was always willing to show us what he was doing and ask questions as needed to ensure things were done right. While it took several months to get things done in the right order (permit approvals, inspections at different stages, coordination with the power company and waiting for things to come in), we never felt frustrated because we knew what was in motion at any given time. We love the new space and can’t wait to use it!"

Our designer introduced us to him when we were searching for help after having another contractor completely ruin our kitchen, living and dining remodel project and losing a lots of money. Jeff came in to inspect the work, gather our requirements and then laid out a plan within our budget to fix the mess left behind by the other contractor and complete the job. He was very patient, understanding and most importantly honest with us about anything we asked regarding the project. His team was top notch working diligently to help complete the project within the timeline Jeff provided especially since the work was starting around November and completed in time to host my family for Christmas in December. "I've used Two By Four once before to replace some rotting wood around my front door several years ago, so I didn't hesitate to contact them when there was similar work around my garage doors, and shed. Gary (Sr) came over to estimate the job, and it turned out I actually had enough on my "to-do" list to keep them busy for more than a full day. <br /> Once I purchased their Angie's List Special, scheduling was easy. Gary (Jr) came over with the two handymen to get them started on the outside carpentry work to replace the rotten wood, both on the doors, and the ramp to my shed. The ramp took a bit longer than anticipated, but they made sure it was well secured before having me come out for inspection. Since they used Trex instead of treated pine, I should get many more years out of it. <br /> The flooring repair in one of the bedrooms required a bit of coordination. There was a soft weak spot in the floor that required lifting up a section of the carpet to allow access to the sub-floor. I order to make sure the carpeting was handled correctly, they subbed out to a carpet repair guy whose purpose was to cut the existing seam, pull the carpet back to expose the sub-floor, then re-install the section of carpet once the floor was repaired. Again, just like with the ramp, both Gary and the carpet guy had me inspect the work before calling the job complete. I also found out, these guys can sand and refinish woods floors so I may have another job for them in the future."

Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."
