"The company uses the latest communications tech to book the work and advise of the technician's arrival. Christopher Merino, the electrician for this task was clear about the task and charges and swapped out my old master bedroom ceiling fan in about an hour, attentive to my desires of color temputure for the LED lights and setting control switches to my wall light switch and the fan remote. The company uses electronic billing and produced the invoice and warranty document before he left. In the office Christopher and Michelle asked appropriate questions to define the requirements and kept me informed with updates. Second time I've used them."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"Charles was amazing! He was very communicative, kind, informative, and professional. He got to the root of the plumbing issue quickly and resolved it expertly. Highly recommend this company!!"

"Perfect describes this interaction. Franco is the best home repair pro that I have encountered. He explained everything to me as he performed his work. and did it in a manner that I clearly understood. I did need a relatively expensive service (which I suspected) and was actually glad to pay the bill. Franco clearly explained all the options and the pros and cons of each. My A/C is now so cold that my wife is joyous. If you are thinking about using Snell, do it, and ask for Franco."

"I am very happy to have selected SwiftPro to install a heat pump in my home. The price for the Trane system was significantly below what the competitors were offering, and every aspect of the installation process went very smoothly. When I had some trouble with the control panel after the installers had left, the owner, Tyler, got the technician immediately on the phone to correct my mistake. The added bonus is that the air quality of my home has clearly improved by reducing dramatically the use of my natural-gas burning furnace. So, I’m happy to attest that SwiftPro really is as professional as Tyler claims in his initial sales presentation."

"The company had a flat rate charge of $325 to unclog the drain which I thought was a bit steep. But on the other hand, they arrived early on the same day I requested help. The two young men who arrived were very polite, cleaned everything up before they left. Very professional and well done."
