He totally remodeled a high dollar condominium that I was selling and did an amazing job which allowed the client to make top dollar. He also has done numerous small jobs at several other of my properties. In addition to doing great work at a very reasonable price, several of my female tenants have asked me to make sure Michael did the work because they told me he is very nice and is a handsome man whom they enjoyed looking at. This include removing cabinets, adding cabinets, refinishing cabinets, adding new beams for structural bracing, re-texturing and painting wall, adding light fixtures, etc. We also had an existing porch expanded and enclosed for a sun-room at the same time the kitchen was coming together.
