"Well, they came out when scheduled, were very polite and tried for several times to fix this problem.  Thankfully, our refrigerator was under warranty, so there was no cost to us. Finally, after at least four visits, they fixed it and it has stayed fixed. <br /> Then lately, we were having another problem with this refrigerator, and Lowe's has contracted another company to service their warranty covered appliances. This new company tells me that Whirlpool came up with the "permanent fix" seven years ago! Guess we'll see how this company does. <br />"
