My work spans a diverse range of projects, including completing addendums and repairs for house sales, maintaining rental properties for multiple property owners, and responding promptly to emergency situations.\n\nWhether managing routine maintenance, coordinating complex renovations, or handling urgent repairs, I approach every project with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering results that exceed expectations.\n\nMy experience working with both residential homeowners and property investors has equipped me with the versatility and problem-solving skills needed to manage a wide variety of construction and maintenance challenges.

I am from the area originally, served in the Air Force from 2011 to 2017 and have been taking over the family construction business ever since. I am a general contractor by trade with an extensive portfolio and mini mini references. I do, however, like to take on smaller projects to fill in the gaps between the longer ones so don’t hesitate to reach. Thank you.

We rent men to do all the work around your yard home or business. I have about three men at this\ntime.

"Their material is very good.  They had to put 4 nails on each shingle of the roof which they did not.  As a result I had to call them back twice for leaks.  They did come back eventually and fix it but I felt they should have done it initially. I did not think their work was poor.  They only install and do not make the materials."

"Well through storms and covid 19 it went very well. Luke is a go getter."

"The tech realigned the door senor."

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.
