"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"The repair man by the name of Jim was here on time. He replaced 4 windows for us and was going to replace a sliding door but the replacement company had sent the wrong door. He did a wonderful job and will be coming back to replace the door when it arrives. Thank you Tim and Jim!"

"We purchased a prepaid "fix all broken applianced deal" on Angie's List.   We had to purchase the parts but the fee took care of their time on two visits.  The gentlemen who evaluated the appliances was thorough and even gave some suggestions for the dishwasher to help it clean better.  The parts were ordered and they arrived in a few days and they came back out and installed.  I would definitely use again - informed, polite and honest - all the things you look for in appliance repair.

"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."

"Bill is friendly and knowledgeable about ALL appliances. I work in real estate and property management and there hasn't been an appliance issue he can’t deal with at an affordable cost. When it relates to appliances Bill is my first and only call!"

"Reliable, honest, and hardworking. Never tried to sell me on something I did not need, and diligently troubleshot fixes that did the trick saving me thousands in avoided replacement costs. Worked with them on multiple occasions, and highly recommend to anyone looking to be treated fairly and honestly. Even once fixed the problem over the phone with me without even seeing the appliance based on my description. What more can you want?"
