"We are so happy with our new Frisby roof! We originally contacted Frisby because we were getting water in our basement and dining room floor. They came over very quickly to look our water damage & figure out where the water was coming from. They quoted a great price to replace our 20 year old roof and communicated with us on all aspects of replacing the roof, giving us samples of roof colors, etc. Our new roof was installed yesterday in one day, by their very professional workers, with Frisby showing us photos of roof damage/repairs throughout the day!! The workers also left our property so neat that you would hardly know they were there all day! All around great company to work with!"

"If you have to deal with management, I wish you luck because this has been a horrible experience. The tech forgot his pump spray bottle sitting on the hardwood in our foyer. The bottle had a slow leak and damaged the hardwood (see pics). This happened on December 15th, 2025 and still have no resolution. I have called, I have a 36 text message thread with Doug the owner and we have swapped 18 emails. He acknowledged they were at fault but has done nothing to repair the floor and it?s been 2 months. He will not return my phone calls, answer texts or emails and the cost of the repair was only $560. I highly recommend you find a more reputable company for your carpet cleaning needs."

Our project started with a different company and after what was supposed to take 2-4 days was still ongoing after 4 weeks, we knew it was time to call in a different company. We talked with a couple different companies but ultimately decided on Dry Effect given their reviews and thorough approach to ensure all mold would be remediated. Nick was helpful in answering questions and came out before, during and after to ensure the work was completed and met our expectations. "Purchased a cord of “seasoned” wood through Facebook in Feb 2025. Unfortunately it wasn’t seasoned, and doesn’t burn unless the fireplace or flue is open. It just smolders and turns black. Sap runs out and in a few places it carmelized on my fireplace. I reached out through Facebook immediately and never heard back from him. I sent him pictures to show how wet the wood was, and got no response. When I got to the center of the pile this week, there were huge dead bugs all over inside the wood, and those pieces appeared to be rotten. I know it was peak cold season and wood was in high demand, but I still expected to get what was advertised- seasoned firewood not wet firewood and firewood filled with bugs."
