I was a bit apprehensive because they didn’t have a branded truck and uniforms but their price was 5% lower than the next best offer (and 1/3 less than the highest quote). They arrived on time and performed the work as quickly as promised. The finished product is absolutely flawless and I am thrilled. One additional point. My driveway had a weird slope hat always annoyed me but I didn’t think there was anything to be done. But Cuellar identified the issue Nd talked to me before they started work about how they were going to handle it. What they did made my weird slope look like a normal driveway. Cannot recommend them enough!"

"It would be zero if I could. DO NOT let them sell you on the WARRANTY aspect of their service! Not only have we had a few major issues over the 20 + years we have been customers but we currently have an actively flooding basement and I cannot for the life of me get someone out for service in a timely manner. They have "scheduled" us for an appointment that is months away. Meanwhile, it continues to rain and snow, water pouring into my basement. I've had to use and dump a large wet vac hours on end to try and contain it. Which tells me, either their system is so ineffective that multiple people are having the same issue so they don't have any appointments available or they simply prioritize new installs over emergencies. I've had my basement finished, had to rip everything out several years ago due to the system. I'm a seamstress and my work room is in the basement. Expensive machines. So much property destroyed and the time lost working is costing me thousands."

"Cincinnati Concrete Solutions poured a 17 x 24 patio with a 10 x 11 extension and 2 stoops for us. The patio has a 12 inch stamped and stained border and the concrete was colored. The patio turned out great! Scott's crew was very professional, on time, and cleaned up the street before leaving. Scott and Brandon were very responsive throughout the process. We had one small issue that they will be taking care of after the holidays. We also had them remove a 16 x 30 deck, 12 x 12 patio, and stoop for us prior to starting on the patio. I would use them again and recommend to anyone."
