Our floor was especially challenging because we had red and white oak floors laced together in many parts of the house so matching both wood species with a stain is challenging. They took their time, patiently showed us many samples that worked with both wood species until we were fully satisfied, and ensured that the poly coating was high quality. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite.
