"The initial visit to provide an estimate was a no show.  Received a call that there was a mix up on the company's end and they rescheduled.  Estimate was provided on the second try.  Explained the process and provided the quote as asked.  Just Floors also provided answers to many of our follow up questions over the next several weeks as we were deciding to move forward or not.  We eventually scheduled the service for February 2015 based off their information.

"Installation manager Steve and assistant Dawn O'Neil came to our residence December 30, 2015 & provided estimate on new floors ($4,509.27) & also an estimate on stretching some existing carpeting in two areas  ($184.95). We called February 5, 2016 requesting they come to stretch the carpeting.  We would  consider the new floors at at later date.
On the phone call to order the job, Steve indicated that it was "company policy" to get half of the money----$92.47--- upfront, over the phone, before they would return to stretch the carpeting.
 I told him I would pay him in full as soon as they showed up at the house---even offered $190----but since there were no materials involved for them to purchase, we would  pay in full when they show up, even before they start the job..  He refused to do that, so we cancelled the order. 
Instead of possibly spending $4,509.27 later---which would have been a distinct possibility---we won't deal with this company now...... We feel they may have just "cut off their nose to spite their face" because of this lack of flexibility in dealing with us

"It could not have gone any better.  They were timely and pleasant during the initial consultation.  They provided an estimate which they adhered to.  They kept in touch leading up to the scheduled start date and did NOT ask for a deposit in advance.  The crew showed up on time the first day and every day.  The demo went well.  They worked tirelessly each day.  There were 3 to 4 workers every day and each was polite, appropriate and skilled.  They cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job ahead of schedule.  They had planned on a full 5 days and possibly another half day but finished in 4 and one half days, and for the original amount they quoted from the beginning.  The bathroom was up several flights of stairs.  They did all of the messy work outside, which meant hundreds of trips up and down the steps.  They prepped the floor, meticulously cut and laid the tile, grouted the work and finished the toe moldings.  When they were done they scrubbed down the outdoor work area, vacuumed carpets inside, and left everything in better shape than they found it.  The finished product is beautiful.  We haven't been able to find a single minor defect in any of the work and there was roughly 500 square feet of tile.

"Let me preface this by saying that FloorCrafters does quality work and Jeremy is a good representative for their company. I would hire them again, but my specific experience wasn't as good as it could have been. Initially, Jeremy was very punctual and informative regarding the job to be performed. Then, mysteriously, his communication and punctuality went from excellent to below-average. As it turns out, he was dealing with a significant family problem at that time. Although I understand the difficulty of the situation, it did hurt my specific experience as there were a number of mistakes, miscommunications, and delays that I felt could have been avoided. In the end, Jeremy made sure that my difficulties were taken into account on final price and the final job was done fairly well. I would recommend the company and would hire them again. Unfortunately, the timing of my project led to a rather average overall experience. But, I feel this was due to difficult circumstances and not indicative of the normal FloorCrafters experience.

"Met with Pat Jewell in our home as she presented different designs and wood kinds available for use.  Mike, the carpenter worked with diligence and preciseness.  What an improvement to our closet!  It now looks like "Home Beautiful" magazine!  All workers were good, thoughtful and respectful of our home.  The steps were covered with a plastic covering.  All sawdust was disposed of.  They carted away all of their trash and old shelving. We were very pleased with the time schedule with work completed within time estimate. We were pleased with the expert workers who were brought in.
The workers always spoke when entering our home and told us when they were leaving at the close of the day or for their lunch break. They didn't leave any trash in our home. If there was a question about anything, Dale Jewell always met with us to explain it."
