"The installer was great but the product lack proper instructions and diagrams"

"I found a picture of a sunroom that was my dream room, windows everywhere and curved wood beams. We found a little Scandinavian fireplace to go in a corner and still have room for all of our windows. The woodworking is outstanding the travertine floors are great but the beams are the highlight of the room and everyone’s favorite. Trent is very accommodating, willing to find solutions and an excellent craftsman."

"Very smooth install. Ed was nice, personable, and timely. He installed the solar lights efficiently and correctly. And they function perfectly. Fee was very reasonable as well. He’s agreed to install similar lights next weekend at our daughter’s home located about 10 minutes away. We’re in the market for a new handyman, so would not hesitate to contact Ed again. Thank you."

"Mr. Moyer was our savior! The folks who put in the previous vinyl backsplash must have used 800 tubes of liquid nails so when we tore it out it looked like a bomb went off behind our plaster wall. We had one day to get it fixed so that the countertop installers would have a smooth surface to work with. Mr. Moyer showed up on time (during the snowstorm!) and stayed into the evening hours to complete the job for us. He even worked around our electricians during the process and patched a few holes around the house for us with his leftover plaster! The finished product is beautiful. He did the job under budget and was honest enough to cut off the extra $ from his original estimate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Tom came out to install a new access ladder for our attic. He came the day after we called him. While the job proved to me more complicated than we initially thought, Tom did a wonderful job. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I’m so impressed with his work, as well as his attention to detail. It’s clear he strives for excellence in his work. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. We have some other remodeling we need done and are definitely going to call him again. 5 stars! I definitely recommend."

"After having Tom out for a drywall project, he took one look at an ~8 inch gap between our bottom cabinets and offered a solution better than the current state of plastic bag storage.  He took measurements and came back about a week later with wooden shelves ready to install.  Now we are finally getting much better storage use out of what was dead space!  he also cut a strip of wood to cover a small gap.
This was something we thought about when we bought the place, but never got around to it, and really forgot about.  We are so thankful for Tom's suggestion, work and great pricing! We love our new shelves!

"We moved to our new home in December. This is the second time we've used Moving Ahead Services to get the job done. They quoted us a move time that seemed reasonable for the size of our house and 2 storage units. The guys who were assigned to do the move showed up on time and were very professional. They listened to everything we had to say and took very good care of all of our possessions. For everything that they moved, I only saw one tiny streak that they left behind on the wood floors, and that was easily cleaned up. The guys were note only efficient but they had a great attitude and were fun to be around. I would highly recommend using this company and their services."
