When my Neat thermostat wouldn't work with the new system, the Dwyer technician got on the phone with Neat and verified that it was a Neat problem, not a system problem. Dwyer installed a regular thermostat at no cost so that our new heat pump was fully functional. They cleaned everything up when they were done, and made sure everything was returned to pre-installation condition. I must add that they excavated a level area to install the outside portion of the system, and built a platform to raise the system above the surrounding dirt and mulch to ensure proper air flow around the outside unit."
