"Had a great experience with Kamal. He is helpful, knowledgable and very dependable. We had a crisis with our old hvac system and were freezing. Kamal was the only one who came within 2 hours on a holiday while others were available only the next day or later. Most were closed that day. I got a great deal on the new SEER16 hvac and have been happy with it. My electric bill has cut down to almost half. Also he offers 2 years of his company’s warranty in addition to the manufacturers 10 year warranty. Highly recommend Kamal and will be using him for future."

"My AC unit was misbehaving. I called Snell after being told by another contractor I would have to replace the indoor and outdoor unit for ~$8k. Italo walked me through the diagnostic process, explaining every detail (I asked him to) and I learned a ton. The other guys were not interested or possibly not equipped experience-wise to repair the unit. Italo was incredible. I will be calling these guys when my HVAC system eventually dies. I never felt like he was trying to pull one over on me."

"Initially I was skeptical not knowing what to expect from SwiftPro because I had never used them before. They sure did surprise me with their professionalism and expertise in installing a new TRANE HVAC system in my home. Not only was the work excellent, but it was also done in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction. As an extra bonus, the new filtering system they put in actually helped in reducing my pollen allergies noticeably. Thank you Tyler, Moises, and Oscar for doing a top-notch job. "Excellent service. We have had both Kevin and John out to service one of our units. Both have been extremely professional, helpful and fair. Kat in the office is a great help, too. I had forgotten to respond to her message before the office closed (something came up in the family) and she called me back to offer to help. Most people on a Friday night are rushing to get out and won't take the extra time to follow-up like that. She also helped a friend of mine (not an Angie's List subscriber or she would leave a review) arrange emergency service and she and John spent 15 minutes on the phone with her answering her questions. Very impressed by this considering she was not a client (yet) at the time. THAT is how you run a business. A lot of companies out there could learn from them. <br />"

"We returned from vacation on a Saturday night to find out that our A/C system had died on us while we were gone. I put in a quote request with JDL and someone contacted me within about 30 seconds of my request. A tech was able to come out on Sunday to assess the situation. Ire was extremely courteous and professional, explaining everything along the way. One minor problem was that we needed a new motor (which died while Ire was here) and they had to order the part, which he said they would do first thing Monday morning. While they did, it was going to be another day before it arrived. I asked if there was something that could done, but unfortunately they needed to wait for the part to arrive. A bit later, Ire called me back to say that they were going to drive way out of the way to pick up the part and get someone to our house later that day, avoiding both a large overnight shipping fee and another brutally hot night in our house. Isak showed up and was courteous and professional as well. He explained the work and explained that our system was working, however inefficiently. He explained how we could fix the issue, and laid out the costs for us. We had to decline as it was out of our budget, which Isak completely understood. I'm not sure about other reviews, but at no time did I feel pressured into buying a product or doing something unneeded. I really appreciate the work they did, their customer service approach, and their overall knowledge and professionalism. We are likely to hire them back based on this service."
