"Excellent. Two separate teams came; one for AC and Furnace; second for Tankless hot water heater; Minor toilet repair also done at no extra charge, including a follow up service call to install new toilet flush handle, also at no charge."

"Tommy was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at both appointments on time and got the valve and water heater replaced quickly. I would highly recommend them. I comparison shopped two other plumbing companies during the day and DB's was the best in knowledge and price."

"Services were prompt, clean and efficient. Tech was knowledgeable and personable. Water heater was affordable. Estimate (free) was done on site - not guessing over the phone."

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Albert delivered the service to reset and reseal the toilet on time and as expected with great workmanship and cleaned up afterward."

"After being inundated by the area floods on July 8, After Hours Home Improvement, LLC, whom we have hired before, was able to come to our aid within hours, working through the night to pump out water, followed by swift restoration of electricity and then air-conditioning, which was much needed in the sweltering, humid conditions that followed the heavy rain. A crew led by Reid was able to systematically repair/replace everything damaged in the house in relatively short order, right down to drywall replacement, and more. They left the property in better condition than it was before the event. Reid is very knowledgeable and courteous. The company is appropriately named "After Hours"! We'll definitely be using them again. It's a bit on the pricey side, but then there was no waiting to get the job done. It's nice to know that a company like this is able to help when there is an urgent need."

"I hired JC Flood to fix my hot water heater. They popped over for a quick appointment and our hot water heater worked for a few days before dying again. JC Flood explained the hot water needed to be replaced. They were excellent about including proposals for replacement units. Very much appreciated!"

"Jake was very professional, solved my plumbing issue quickly. Highly recommended."
