"We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"I first used Power to replace the gutters on my house in 2016; a year later, they replaced a sliding glass door, and last month they replaced 15 windows and a door. The Power reps and installers were all very professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. I might have paid slightly more than I would have had I known there were more discounts available had I continued to ask for them with the salesman, but overall I was very happy with all three jobs and the prices were okay. Because those three projects went well, I have just contracted with Power to have my house completely re-sided. I believe I got a very good price this time, and I fully expect the work to go as smoothly as the first three projects (if not, I will revise this review). "Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

"So please that I went with JW. The side entry porch had rotted wood throughout and the steps were sagging. Also, exterior house paint had been removed years ago but prior owners did not address one side of house, probably cause it was hidden behind crepe myrtles. Crepe myrtles are now gone and that wall is very visible on the street. Also there were some little jobs needed around the house such as replacing rotted boards above the garage. Got a quote from JW in late April and scheduled the work for the week of July 21 for 6-7 days of work. Two workers showed up promptly on the 21st and did a great job. Very pleased with the JW crew as they kept me posted on the progress throughout the job which was completed in six days. Wish I could post before and after pictures as it looks fantastic"

"I contracted Peak to replace the old roof on my house. On the original install date, they canceled for the day and did not notify us the day prior as agreed. In the end the roof was satisfactorily installed, however, a 1-2 day job took 2 weeks due to a section of the roof not being installed per contract. When reaching out to Peak, they confirmed that it was supposed to be done and had another crew sent out to install it. Once that was done, they left a 1” gap between the new roof and the siding, as the old flashing on the old roof was removed and not replaced. They quickly sent someone out to replace it. In short, they did do a great job on installing the new roof, however a series of missteps and limited communication extended the project far longer than necessary. Would I recommend? Sure. They did do good work on the new roof. I would also include the issues I had with communication and to inspect the roof after completion to ensure it was done to contract."

"It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris Dobbin, a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. He explained to us in detail our options, choices, prices, and what to expect in the process. So, we agreed on a price after some negotiations, and Mr. Dobbin demonstrated a good will and understanding. The Homeowner association approved our application surprisingly fast (within one week), so we received a call from Sarah Lancaster at the HCR headquaters with precise date scheduling, One day before the installation, a truck with the crane arrived, and the shingles and other materials were elevated and placed on our roof. The next day, a 5-man team arrived at 7:30 am. They covered the area around with multiple sheets of protective cover, then started removing the old shingles and replacing the spoiled plywood with a new one. A good quality heavy-duty protective film was stapled to the roof before installing the new shingles. The new ridge vent "Cobra" has been installed, and caulk has been applied around pipes and collars. It has been a pleasure watching a nicely organized, fast, and masterful work of the installers! The old materials were hauled away by the truck. Some team members cleaned the area almost all the time keeping the neighbors happy. The entire job was completed within one day! The roof looks solid, new, and marvelous! Thanks a lot!"
