"We chose Summersweet because of the innovative design by the owner (Eric Jaramillo) and pricing comparable to other bids. Eric made a few minor modifications based on our input but the plan was pretty much as he originally envisioned. He is experienced and knows what he is doing him. Trust him! We did and everything came out beautifully. His workers were polite, efficient, showed up when agreed and did a great job. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend Summersweet. Owner, Jerome, was onsite, had excellent oversight, Quality Control, and attention to detail. Very approachable and easy to work with. Did everything to ensure the job was done right. He was not the lowest bidder, but did work with me and came close. Well worth the extra few dollars."
