"It went extremely well. Steve was out to my home in 30 minutes and explained what he was doing through the whole process. They used several procedures to find the leak location and then drilled 3 very small holes in the slab to pinpoint the exact location. He said if the the leak is under tile they can usually drill through the grout. That made me feel so much better as I didn't want holes all over my house. It went very well and I will certainly use them again. Called the plumbers and it was exactly where he said it was and my leak is now fixed."

He found a leak on 1/2 galvanized pipe leading to an exterior hose bib, which directly teed off from the main supply (no local shut off). The tee was capped off, hole was filled with silicon and an additional quote was provided to replumb and replace with a frost free hose bib at $350. "Regular" cost was $375, Angie's list "discount" was $225. Overall satisfied and would call again."

"These guys were amazing and so professional every step of the way. They had to dig down through ENORMOUS tree roots to get to the line and replace the pipes, all the while avoiding upper tree branches and other obstacles. They had gone down with a camera in the previous week, so they knew exactly what materials, equipment and permits were needed and executed the job brilliantly. They left the portion of the yard they had to excavate perfectly level with the rest of it and you couldn't even tell they had dug it up. They cleaned up everything immaculately, too! They were also SO kind and courteous and kept us informed of the progress and what they were doing. Brandon and Q were the ones who did this particular job, although James Shook (one of the owners) has helped us with many, many issues over the last 20 years.
