"They completed the job in good time and with good quality. There was 1 or 2 pavers that stood out, as the color didn’t really match, so the project manager said he would change them himself. Good customer service on that end. My main hang up is that a couple weeks after I signed with them, I finally received a couple other quotes that were substantially cheaper (2/3 the cost), but with their cancellation policy it would have negated the savings, so I stayed with them."
