"I hired Always Improve Flooring (Juan and his team) to refinish ~1,000 sq. ft. of 20-year-old engineered hardwood floors containing dozens of deep scratches and abrasions. Others we consulted doubted the job could be done at all and pushed us to do a full replacement. Juan, on the other hand, was confident he could do it and gave us a great price, as well, and he delivered! The end result was downright beautiful! I'm so glad we went with Juan. He was the first to respond to our request for quote, was at our property an hour later to analyze the situation, and provided us a very reasonable estimate for the work that evening. A week later, the job was scheduled, done and finished, and our floors literally look like they are brand new and ready to give us another 20 years! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
