"He came and cut out the small areas that were burnt and replaced it with leftover carpet from what was left over when the carpet was originally laid. It looked as good as new when he was done."

"We had tile floor installed along with Luxury Vinyl flooring. Attention to detail, respectful of preserving our baseboards and the complexity of leveling our entire floor was greatly appreciated. Ryan was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our project and we trusted him with the success of leveling our floor which was crucial to the outcome of our project. We couldn’t be happier. We love the tile and luxury vinyl, it’s looks just like we hoped it would!"

"I highly recommend locally-owned business, Flooring galaxy. The owner, Michael is knowledgeable about his products, came out personally to measure for flooring and delivered the wood himself. He is always available to answer questions and lend a hand. When we struggled to match the wood floor vents to the wood floor color, he recommended a professional (Austin) who did a marvelous job. He offers superior customer service that you won’t get at most places."

"Hire them to do the carpeting and installation of carpeting and my basement media room and bar area. Had the owner of the company come out and actually measure the basement and discuss the correct carpeting for me along with stairs to be carpeted as well. He approved my choice of a low profile Berber carpet and said there should be no problem getting the carpet onto the stairs and down in the basement which would be roughly about a thousand square feet of carpet. Fast forward 3 months later and carpet comes in which is great there's a couple months we set up the installation as a part of the wrap up towards basement being finished. Carpet arrived in August everything seemed to be okay when installers informed me they could not actually lay down the carpet I had ordered. Even though it is a low profile no pattern Berber carpet and approved by their owner of v a l l o w flooring, they just felt there would be too many seams for them to deal with and it would not look good. I had the owner Mark come out and talked with me about this several times at my house walk me through everything again twice both times he told me to redesign my basement interior plans to order flooring for the bar area which would then make fewer seams for his team to have to deal with. Yep you heard me he wanted me to spend more money order additional flooring so his team wouldn't have to deal with too many seams in the carpet. When I explained that this would cost me at least another $5,000 Mark's response was well that's kind of what you have to do with. He did offer to offset $400 for my bill and also not charge me for any carpeting that was not going to be used now. When I explained to him that I had tried repeatedly to change my interior design and it was going to cost me well over another $5,500 $6,000 to make those changes to accommodate his team he was completely blasé. So what we all decided to do was I stopped work immediately on the basement I am now sitting with $6,000 worth of carpet and padding. Valo removed the $800 installation charge told me good luck go find your own installers. That was because they already knew trying to find an independent carpet installer is extremely expensive and difficult to do usually installation comes as part of a package deal as a standalone it's $4.25 a square foot so I'll be out at least another $4,500 to 4,800 if I want the original carpet that I had ordered now sitting in my basement to be installed so instead of a $6,000 budget roughly I'm now up to well over $10,000 in budget because valos cannot install the carpeting that they sold me. I would not do business with these people again. They either clearly don't care or they just figure it's part of doing business to occasionally stiff a customer and make the experience horrible."

"They arrived on time. They were very careful when bringing all the equipment in and they cleaned up before they left due to rain. Our floors needed a lot of love and when they were finished, they looked brand-new. We were pleased with the outcome and their customer service. Thank you so much!"

"I went to Clark Flooring and made an appointment with Jackie Clark. In a few weeks, a representative from Clark flooring came to my house and took measurements. In a week, Jackie called with an estimate. We accepted the bid. 4 weeks later, Jim Clark and a new hire, Scott, started work. Three days later, they were finished. They were friendly and professional. They finished the job on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Clark flooring to anyone wanting a new floor."

"We had new wood flooring or carpeting installed in every room of our 26 year-old home. We shopped a lot. All Surface Flooring did a superb job for the best pricing we received. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the very professional no-pressure staff and receiving quality work. We feel like we’ve made new friends. Roy, the owner, is great to deal with, a real straight shooter. We had significant problems with low-quality subdivision builder construction variation (peaks and valleys) of our old kitchen vinyl floor. The humps and low spots created issues with installing new upgraded porcelain tile or wood flooring. We had several stores and several professional installers look at it. Some of the bigger name stores refused to even price the job until we re-leveled our joists, which was difficult to do with a completely finished basement. Others sent out a sales person who didn’t really know what they were looking at. Roy was the only person who said, “We’ll take care of it.” And they did! Our new wood flooring is beautiful and perfectly flat. After completing our home, my sons then hired All Surface Flooring to install new wood-look waterproof luxury vinyl flooring in their newly purchased house. Again, an excellent job was received for very reasonable pricing. Our family highly recommends All Surface Flooring!"
