CAPS replaced all sprinkler heads and attached pipes, valves, control box, rain guage, the works. They did a great job and my system is so much more efficient. They cleaned up the mess, created block borders fir 3 more beds, trinmed my large oak tree in front, and placed sand in holes left in yard by other group. "I contacted Marcos on Thursday, March 12, 2015  to get a quote on installing a sprinkler system on my property. The next day, Marcos sent me a quote based on the size of my yard. Marcos quote included exactly what he was going to install and that it would all areas with grass. I wanted to make sure that all areas with grass included the part on the other side of the sidewalk, and the side of the house. Marcos assured me that absolutely all areas would be included and they could come out on Sunday morning to start. The install would take 7 hours.
When I woke up on Sunday morning the installers had already began to dig up my yard. After a few hours, one of the installers rang my doorbell to tell me that they were finished and he wanted to show me how to program the control panel. The first thing I noticed is that you cannot tell that my yard was dug up, at all.

"Before the City dug, Ramon moved 12+ feet of stacked rock from around the front flower bed to protect it. After the City finished their work, Ramon re-built the rock retaining wall, extending it to cover the new (WHITE) clean-out pipe installed right in front. He added some extra rock from the back of our yard, hard work on a hot day. He added a 2nd sprinkler head to the bigger flower bed & filled it with good soil & new plants. Looks great! Ramon noticed our front lawn sprinklers weren't working, so dug a long trench to find the line. City workers had cut the line & fixed it a twist of wire! Ramon got the correct supplies & fixed that, too. He does good work and works hard. We'll recommend him to friends."

"I bought a house and knew it had a leak in the sprinkler system somewhere. The previous owners were to have fixed this and while they sent someone out, it didn't take care of the problem. The leak wasn't serious, but I finally had someone come to look at it. $100 later and what I got was an opinion that it might be related to the pool...which I was almost certain could not be the case.

I found Neil on Angies List and called him out. He came that day, was very professional and appeared very knowledgable (though that is hard to judge as I don't know a great deal about sprinkler systems).

I thought his quote was high and wondered if he was coming up with more things than needed done, but I went along with it as I felt the savings on my water bill would recoup the cost over the long run.

Neil spent a couple of days as some of the valves were grown over by grass and it took a long time to find (large yard). In the end, I felt he spent much more time than I'm sure he expected and he never asked for more money.

I feel Neil is one of the best out there. He may not be the cheapest, but if you want to make sure things are diagnosed correctly and fixed properly, this is your guy.
