"Approximately 7-9 months ago we got an estimate so we knew how much money we needed for the siding to be installed. We got the money and I couldn't remember who gave us the quote, but when I called Mr. S Roofing and Siding, He remembered us and honored the quote from before. How cool is that in this day and age. I was about to go with him when another contractor offered to do it for less. So unfortunately I did not go with him on this, but I will use him on my next project. "I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

"We first scheduled and there was some minor confusion about the time. Gearold contacted me and we were able to arrange a specific time to allow me to meet other appointments. I left him to do the work and when I returned all was completed. All work was very well done, all mildew removed. There was no damage ot plants or surfaces. Everything looked neat and clean. We were very pleased with the work and will use Magic Wand and Gearold again the next time we need more cleaning services."

"Mike, the owner, was very nice to work with, although I did not see him again after the initial plans were made.  We had a frustrating delay in getting approval from our HOA to do the work, but Mike kept in touch the whole time and had a crew ready to go as soon as we received approval.  The work crew showed up very promptly each day and were very neat throughout the job, and did not hesitate to ask me questions about what I wanted.  After they left I discovered that they did not finish painting one of the posts on the back porch and some of the gray paint used on the siding had splattered on one of the front porch rails, but I am hoping they will come back to correct that.  The job cost more than I was hoping since my neighbor with a similar house had hers painted a year ago for half the price.  I bought the Exterior $1299 deal from Angie's list, but it was explained to me that my house would cost more because of all the trim.  So, it would  have to be a pretty small house to fit the $1299 deal, since two of our exterior walls are all brick and did not need paint, and it is only a 1785 sq.ft. house.  Having said all this, I would definitely hire them again as I am very pleased with the overall work on the house and the way it looks brand new!

We shopped around and compared service and price with numerous companies when we finally decided we had to replace our old, ugly and inefficient windows. This is a family-run company and you can definitely feel the difference with people who care if their company survives. As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.
