They explained what remote starter would be best for my vehicle and did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts. (I had the AVITAL 4103 <br /> Four-Button installed. ) The installation was quick approximately 2 hours. The waiting area is small but they do have a place to wait. They offered free battery replacement at any time for the keychain remotes. <br />"
