"I was given a repairman arrival window of 9-10am, and the repairman arrived at 9:15am. I always appreciate not getting a super long window of possible arrival time (e.g., 1-5pm)--and I appreciate it when people show up on time. The repairman, Jeff, was very polite and showed me the needed repairs on the window, helped me understand what the underlying issues were, etc. Each window took about 20 minutes of work. The repairs were pricey, but I had not shopped around to get other estimates, as it seemed fair, but I'm not an expert in what window repair should cost. My neighbor a few doors down used them for this same repair service on the same day. I will definitely use them again if I have other window issues. <br />"

"I had five windows that had fogged and needed to be replaced.  Rob scheduled a time to come out and inspect what needed to be done and showed up right on time.  When it came time for the installation, he and his crew again showed right on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. "All in all we are happy with the windows.  Sales experience was good and we dealt with two different representatives but both were solid.  No high pressure and when we visited the showroom we got to take our time and it really helped us decide which model of the window we wanted.  Took a little longer than expected for the windows to arrive from the factory.  When the installation crew came out the glass in one of the windows shattered during the install and one window was simply the wrong size (despite two separate measurements).  Took about 3 to 4 weeks to get the replacement sash and glass for the broken windows and the right sized one for the other.  Installation crew was professional and cleaned up everything very well.  We are still waiting for a new screen (hole in the original) for one of the larger windows.  Should be here soon.  It was a lot of money but we did shop around and we felt the Integrity windows from Home Door & Window offered the best balance of quality vs price in a clad fiberglass window. <br />"
