"This project went exceptionally well from the initial free estimate to the final installation and cleanup. Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process. Marco followed up to ensure we were totally satisfied, and to ask if we had any questions about taking caring of the new film. The installation team had already briefed us, so our questions had been answered. This whole process was very pleasant, and achieved out objectives. We would not hesitate to endorse East Coast Window Films, and would definitely use their services again."

"Excellent. Would highly recommend Marc for all your internal and external window tinting and frosting needs."

"very prompt with appts. Very personable, informative, knew their products - and offered advice as to what density of tint should be placed on different windows."

"I am very satisfied.  I will probably have them back to take care of some couple of windows."

"I recently had 1st Security install a system in my new house and so far have been very pleased with all aspects of the system, from the initial estimate to the installation to the functioning of the system itself. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. I already had done a significant amount of research comparing Alarm.com to ADT and some of the self-install options, but Jeremy was able to provide even more information and help me to understand better the pros and cons of each approach. Larry did our installation and also was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the installation process and providing me with a tutorial at the end. My wife and I have had no issues with the system so far. It is very intuitive, and we have been able to customize it to fit our unique needs. I highly recommend considering 1st Security for anyone looking at installing, switching, or upgrading their security system."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"It went very well! Granted we did have a hiccup with the thermostat and doorbell not being shipped from the manufacture on time, but that is not something that can be held against them! I went from a system from Comcast to this system that was installed by ProTECHt using Brinks monitoring and the Alarm.com app. For me it was a hundred times better than Comcast. As I moved from Brownsburg to Avon that Comcast does not have service in. Instead of motion sensors, Theo had me go with glass breaks since I have medium and large sized dogs. The glass breaks are better as I can arm the system while the dogs have full run of the house while I am gone. There is something that the Alarm.com program has which is a GEO-Fence. I register my phone with the program and it will send me alerts that I setup if I forgot to close the garage door, set the alarm or lock the front door!. I got $1500 worth of equipment installed and I pay $60 a month for monitoring, notifications, and storage. What I like is everything is ran through the Alarm.com app on my phone. IF I need to make minor changes I do it from my phone. IF I need to setup new schedules, add things I need to login to my account via the web. The other great thing about ProTECHt is they listen to what it is you need, or what you want to do. Then advise what is best, they do not try to sell you something you will not need or will not use!"
