Dori from Premium Exteriors came up with a great solution - he installed a beautiful metal mast (secured to the rafters) with porcelain anchor points for the wires coming from the street; Rotten fascia was replaced and nobody will be drilling anything into it going forward. PSEG guys liked this solution... Electrical inspector liked the solution. I think it was well worth the price."

Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."
