"Wes promptly came over and provided a very affordable estimate (I provided the material) and started work the next day right when he said he would start. He and his helper were very professional and completed the work promptly. In addition to replacing the bad trim he caulked all his work and replaced some missing flashing at no additional cost. He even screwed in a couple loose deck boards before he left. They ensured all the work areas were completely cleaned up before they left.

"Lee came out the next day very promptly around 9am. He lined the area around the fireplace with a clean drop cloth. He was excellent with talking me through the process of what he needed to do. Originally he quoted me $125 over the phone. But I needed an extra part and the price went up to $250. I thought I had explained myself clearly what needed to be done over the phone. 
Lee was very neat and clean.  He took his shoes off at the door. When he was done, he showed me how to open and close the dampner. He carried away the trash that was generated. 
Very professional. I would recommend Lee to anyone based on the work he did for me. Thank you Lee for a good Angies List experience. I have used other AL contractors and have been disappointed in the past.
