"Graham (owner) came to my house to listen to what I thought I wanted, made suggestions, then estimated the cost. Graham said installation was about 2 weeks out. I signed the contract and installation did happen 2 weeks later. Javier lead the team of installers and Oziel was my contact on the team. Being a little OCD myself, I appreciated that everyone on the team knew their role and got to it. They were very efficient yet respectful. They told me to expect a 5 hour process but they were done in 3, including clean up. Some things I paid for weren't actually needed, so when Graham came out to check on things, he credited me the difference. The price I paid was in line with a higher end product and installation, and I believe that's what I received. We haven't had a downpour to test the problem areas yet, but from what I saw of the installation, I don't expect any problems. I highly recommend American Gutter Protection."
