"The sales crew came out to give me an estimate and the price seemed reasonable so I signed a contract for installation of new and replacement gutters. When the installation crew came out, they had concerns about installing the selected product on my flat TPO roof, so installation was not performed. After meeting with the owner, Robie Hutcherson, we agreed that it was best to cancel the project since neither party was convinced about the proper marriage of the selected product to my roof style. Robie was very cordial and accommodating. He refunded my deposit right away and cancelled the finance of the balance of the contract. Will definitely recommend to others and keep them in mind for future projects. Very nice folks."

"I had a couple companies come out to give me a quote on getting new gutters and one said they couldn't do it due to no fascia board and the other said the rafters would have to be cut which would have resulted in a pretty expensive job. Ethan came out and said the job could easily be done without having to install a new fascia board, which made the job much more straightforward and inexpensive. There was a lot of heavy rain when we were supposed to get the gutters installed and Ethan was very prompt at contacting me and got me rescheduled very quickly. When the weather finally cleared up a little for half the day on a very cold day with some wind and snow showers, Ethan and his team found a small window of time where they could get the job done. The gutters look great and Ethan even hooked up the downspouts to my water storage tank. Ethan and his team at Dotson was incredibly helpful and responsive to work with. "Dwayne installed guttering on my tiny home as well as two carports. The roof line on my house is staggered and Dwayne did a great job placing the gutters and downspouts. He was quick to answer calls and took time on color choices. There is a shortage on building materials but Dwayne used his suppliers and just changing the color choice allowed our job to be completed within a week of first contact. His work crew was polite. I recommend him highly. He also does repairs, clean out, and gutter covers."

"James arrived on time for a free estimate scheduled for our project. After reviewing the project and discussing it with us he provided us with an extremely attractive quote. James was hired for the project and it was scheduled for what turned out to be a professionally completed job. He cleaned our Gutter Guard gutters and downspouts of pine needles and sediment and then washed some high windows on the backside of the house that we couldn't reach. He used a specialized brush on a carbon fiber pole that cleaned with deionized water that cleaned our windows until they sparkled. He was not only professional in his work but personable and patient in explaining the work he quoted. We plan on using him again in the fall and would recommend James without reservation."
