"LeafFilter was great! The representative came to our home and was knowledgeable & friendly. He explained to us how these gutters were different & they were a lifetime warranty. They schedule the installation within a few days. We had some rotting/ disintegrating wood under our gutters, so they replaced that and installed/ took the old gutters away quickly. The only reason I took a couple half stars away is was that the representative was about an hour late, but he was nice to call to warn us. Also, the installation on new gutters is quite expensive, but they provided us with several discounts and interest free financing. "I was very pleased with quality of service and finished roof. I got 3 bids for the job and selected Blue Ribbon based on a great track record, cost, materials used and detailed explanation on what was going to be done. Since it was difficult to decide on a shingle color based on GAF Timberline HD pictures on the GAF website, I contacted Evan to see if he could deliver a few full size shingles. He promptly delivered the shingles and that made it much easier to make our final decision on the shingle color. Even though it was Fall when the roof was done, it was a very hot day and team worked from early morning through most of the afternoon on the first day to get a majority of the roof completed. My roof did not have a ridge vent system and Blue Ribbon added one that had a very clean appearance as compared to some that I have seen on other roofs. After stripping off the old shingles and before laying down the roof, they used wood screws to secure any plywood that was not fully secured. The Blue Ribbon team did an excellent job at cleaning up, with minimal residue observed after they completed the job. I will definitely be considering Blue Ribbon for future exterior work that needs to be done on my home. I included a couple of photos, before (old roof) and after (new roof)."
