"We needed a total gutter system replacement. They discussed the options for our custom home design and the surrounding landscape and forest. They made recommendations, advised what was best, what was actually needed, and did not try to oversell. The price was very reasonable. When the smoke from the fires created bad air quality conditions, we needed to reschedule a couple of times. They were more concerned than I was that the job get done and that we would get taken care of before the rain set in. "The specific project completed on our home was to provide drainage, including a sump pump, in our crawl space and to replace the vapor barrier. Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. After many days of effort they managed to successfully install pipe, sump pump and vapor barrier. In spite of the very difficult conditions with which they struggled to complete the project, the crews who worked on our project were very courteous and professional in the way they did their job.
