He concluded that the installation of 9 steel pilings was needed and recommended a couple of contractors, including Accurate Foundation Repair. I contacted AGR through Angie's List and they called back the next day to schedule an appointment at my home. After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. We reached out to several companies to do the repairs and the prices were about 16K to 20K+. We also got back so many different variations in what companies wanted to do - that we finally hired an Independent Engineer to do the Engineering Report and Drawings <Sandeep Nallagula, P.E - sandeep@rokitsolutions.com> and decided to determine our bids on that singular report. We contacted James Mason Birdwell @ Firm Foundation Repair <www.firmfoundationdfw.com / office@firmfoundationdfw.com / 972-639-3790> and he gave us an INCREDIBLY competitive bid for 26 Exterior Piers, 9 Exterior Concrete Breakouts, 5 Interior Piers, Post-job Engineer Report, Post-job Plumbing Test, & Lifetime Transferable Warranty. He was also going to be able to come out during a timeframe that worked for us and was exceptionally responsive. Also note he is a registered contractor with the City of Carrollton as required and was issued a permit for the work. His crew came out on Jan 10th and started the work. They were amazing and efficient. We had two plumbing issues (~ $450) that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction (we could have gotten a plumber, or they would call one - we let them use who they were familiar with). They wrapped up the work on Wednesday January 12th, 2022 by 4:10 PM. You can see from the pictures they cleaned up EVERYTHING! They got rid of the excess dirt from all the digging they had to do. IMO, they left my yard looking BETTER than it did BEFORE they started. They also took care of filling in cracks we had/or occurred in our bricks and other outdoor areas. Do not let lack of reviews deter you. When I did my research there were only five reviews available. I was concerned about this; however, additional research revealed his previous employer and glowing reviews regarding his work by other customers."

"Geraldo was a pleasure to work with. He installed a concrete pad to expand our driveway and a concrete pad for a storage shed. Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. The concrete work is over a year old now and is in perfect condition with no cracks or sinking. His communication style was very timely and professional. "Had a great experience with Brown Foundation, specifically Phillip. Had him come check out my crawl space for moisture, because a section of my wood floors are cupping a bit. Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue. Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. Was happy he didn't try to upsell me or give me some sort of minimal report on what I needed, which would have required me to do more time-consuming research. Highly recommend."

"We had a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, as well as sheetrock repair, replacement, and repair done on the interior. Roof replacement included new roof vents and flashing. The work was done due to a bad hailstorm. Ivan was very customer-focused and responsive. The quality of the work is great. When two small leaks occurred at two points of flashing Ivan was out on Saturday with a workman to fix the issue. (This is a common issue with new roofs.) He came on Saturday after we notified him late Friday afternoon and after we told him the leaks were small and not causing damage inside. After the gutters were replaced touch-up painting was done on eaves. The gutter work even improved the drainage system; a downspout was moved and a drain pan was improved by the front door so water no longer cascades on the porch when it rains. For the interior work, the workmen draped the area so that floors, cabinets, and furniture were protected. Clean-up was thorough inside and out. Everything looks great! Ivan is efficient. He sends calendar invites so that you know when the different aspects of the work will be done. When Ivan says the work will start at 7:00 a.m. it definitely does. Our repairs were challenging as Ivan and his crew worked around the recent rains. Our roof insatll was delayed a day due to rain. The gutter workers came back several times to finish the work as touch-up painting and caulking cannot be done in the rain. Ivan also texts and calls to ensure that you know what is occurring and to respond to questions or concerns. Ivan did a walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. His quotes are clear and detailed. Pricing is fair. We would definitely hire New Elite Roof again! We would recommend them!"
