"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed.
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"They were outstanding. I’ve used them twice. The cost was very reasonable. They told me they were busy. It was a really bad day and a lot of people had broken pipes. They told me that their schedule was full.  Apparently, they had a cancellation and they called me back and came. I will use them forever for sure. They did the repair immediately. It was within a couple of hours from the first time we called. They told us they couldn’t come so I tried to find somebody else. They got it done quickly."

"Called Salomon, he responded right away and was at my residence within 3 hours. Knew what the issue was and how to repair, very respectful with mask and letting us know when he was shutting the water off and what steps he was taking. Even hit a snag with an additional broken pipe connection he discovered, but fixed that as well. Guaranteed work and he even offered to repair it again for no cost should his handiwork come undone. Definitely saving his contact info for any future projects or fiascos!"

"We sent Alex a message through Angie's list and received a prompt reply.  After some scheduling issues because of the snow and ice storm.  Alex was able to come out and submit a bid.  The price was in the range of our budget. We provided the tile and stack stones.  We had a tight time frame for the work and he was able to start on the work days that we had available.  We had a miscommunication regarding the reinstall of the wooden mantel because we assumed it would be reinstalled and he assume that we did not want it back on. However, Alex was able to accommodate us.   He let us know the time frame that he would be working during the day and was very prompt. Fit and finish was great. It has a great custom look.  Everyone that comes over, tell us how wonderful the fireplace now looks. "

"He did a good job, was very nice but $295.00 for one hour of work was too much. He said the faucet cost $50.00??? So $245.00 still seemed like a gouge."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Around the Clock Plumbers for the installation of my new water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable."

"Best experience with a plumber yet. Very professional young man"

"I needed to repair the sewer/water line under my house. I contacted several plumbers, but felt most comfortable with Alb’s Brothers Plumbing. Francisco contacted me and provided a free inspection. He explained the problem thoroughly and what needed to be done to complete the job. He worked with my budget and was very understanding. Francisco was helpful, courteous and went the extra mile to complete the job. He repaired the pipe while it was raining and I’m sure past his working hours. I had a pleasant experience with Francisco and Alb’s Brothers Plumbing. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!"

"Encountered problems from the construction of the house with the plumber the builder used.  Calahan had to reconstruct the shower floor
to be able to do what I wanted.  It looks great now also found a leak at bath sink that builder had also done. Loved the looks of the tile on floor and shower.  They also did granite counters in all the areas 0f house.   Painted bath and installed new toilet.  Great job"

This is the 2nd time we have used this company. The water line to the refrigerator was in the slab in the wall behind the refrigerator that we were relocating. He chiseled out the concrete and  capped the line. Then ran a new line to the refrigerator. Did a stellar job. I would highly recommend them.
