It left much to be desired. I watched Hubert work on another house nearby and was impressed. The 2 jobs that they did for me, were absolutely impeccable. Every part of the construction was done exactly as I hoped for, from design, to quality of work, to finished product. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to hire him a second time. In addition, Arthur’s employees are conscientious, sweet, and friendly. They, as well as Arthur, are a pleasure to work with. In summary, you cannot go wrong hiring Hubert Construction. "Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive.
