"I was given a day and time they were coming, and then got two different calls that he was being delayed. He fixed part of the problem, but needed to order parts to finish the project. Two weeks later, I had to call them to see what was going on, I was told she would have to check the warehouse to see if the parts had arrived . Three hours later she called back and said they were there. We set up an appointment for tomorrow between 10am and noon. The gentleman was nice , so we will see what happens tomorrow . Would I get them again? I do not know."

He came into thehouse without knocking or ringing the bell. And wanted $150. I had no recourse but to pay him. I would never have them in my house or basement again.
