He already had the correct parts with him so there was no delay in getting the job done. He helped us make the decision as to whether we would fix the machine or buy a new one. The hourly rate and basic service call seemed expensive but with an excellent tech like Brian, the job was done quickly and accurately at minimum cost. This repair was expensive because parts were almost $300, but I had already looked online for parts cost and Complete's prices were higher but not out of line.
