I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Earlier today, I woke up to a homeowner nightmare with a freezer that had gone out with food defrosting and hundreds of dollars melting away in front of my eyes. As my husband transferred the contents of the freezer into coolers with ice for interim storage, I called in a panic looking for help. Initially, I was told they were unsure if someone could arrive same day but they would do their best. When I called for an update, they had no one confirmed. This was verified by plumber Anthony P. when he arrived. He was professional and completed the unclogging of my kitchen sink to the main line. Only negative was the total cost, as it was more than 2x our local company Allen Drain. But I wanted a plumber and not just an unclogging service, just in case. With my discount coupon from Angi's for service call, total was $290 for unclogging my kitchen sink drain line. I would call them again if the price was more competitive. Sarah K"

The intake and exhaust vents were set up properly and the drain lines are very neat. I liked their use of pea gravel for the AC unit to ensure that it was properly leveled. They completed a very big job in 1 day. They had all of the right materials to do the job correctly and they started the work right on time. The AC unit works very well (not cold enough to fully check out the furnace yet). Len's partnered with Home Depot on this and it was a top-notch install."
