"We had our driveway sealed and was impressed with the quality of work and had them come back to stain our deck and porch. They also painted our foundation and shed. Very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. Very friendly and explained everything they were going to do and what care needed to be done after they left(when to walk on and place furniture back on ). We will definitely use them again in the future. "

"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

"Can't say enough great things about Goetz Contracting! My mother in law asked for my help in finding a contractor to finish her basement. I reached out to Michael Goetz in early February 2020 and he got right back to me and arrived promptly for our scheduled walk through. From the time he showed up we could tell he was different then the other contractors we had out to survey the job. Out of the 4 contractors we visited with he was the one my mother in law and I felt the most comfortable with. He was very professional. courteous and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the quick turnaround on the proposal. We met with him on a Friday and he had two options we could consider on Sunday! We were pleased to find he was right in the ballpark of what we were expecting to pay; not the cheapest and not the most expensive. He also assured us he could get the job done very quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule for immediate start.The crew got the job fully completed within a month of starting the remodel including; framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and trim! As you can see form the pictures his crew does excellent work! Michael's brother Steve was the lead and was just as courteous and knowledgable as his brother Mike. They took great care to explain every situation to my mother in law and ensure things were being done to her liking. Being an older home there were a few challenges they had to work around with in terms of building out the bathroom and dealing with existing pipes and weird bulkheads but they handled the challenges with ease. My mother in law requested a glass shower door near the end of the project and Michael was very accommodating to the ask. He gave us a fair quote for the install and even agreed to purchase the door and pick it up for us at Home Depot and just tacked in on to the final amount due. As you can see in the picture, it looks amazing! So again, we couldn't be more happier with the results and highly recommend Goetz Contracting! I wish all contractors were as professional as Goetz Contracting is! They really are the complete package!"
