"The company installed a complete system on a total remodel project in a prestigious area of Pittsburgh and performed as expected. The house was 110 years old and some adjustments had to be made but you can work with these guys"

"Tim, Dan and team are great to work with. I had to replace two AC condensor units and a furnace. They priced competitively with others, the quality of work is very good and they made sure to clean up each day before they left.. They were very respectful when entering the house and made sure to keep us informed throughout the installation. They did not leave without explaining the work they did and made sure we did not have any questions. I would highly recommend them."

"Installed new AC unit. . Professional and prompt service."

"Would absolutely recommend John Mullen and his company. From the first time I called John he was very responsive and professional. I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. The price we paid was very reasonable for the length of time they spent and the difficult job of drilling out through brick."

"The installers worked quickly and professionally."

"My furnace is two years old and still under warranty. On Dec 13, I called the company that installed my furnace and held the warranty. They told me they could not come out until Dec 22, but I could be reimbursed if I had to call an outside company. I called Sullivan's and they were at my house first thing the next morning. Ryan was my service man and he was VERY professional considering the conditions he had to work under. Then I received a call from the company that installed my furnace and suddenly they can come today. Go figure. When I told Ryan that my warranty company was able to come today, Ryan continued to service my furnace as his company promised. I ended up only paying for the service or diagnostic fee."

"Job was done right, installers were very prompt and professional."

"Fast service to replace my furnace and add some duct work."
