"Our old house on the Northside of Pittsburgh was in need of an exterior facelift and a new front porch to replace the one that had collapsed. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."

"I contacted Mr. Guyaux for a quote to replace a 20+ year old roof that was losing shingles during windstorms. I was very pleased with the price I was quoted, so I decided to move forward. The crew arrived at approximately 7 AM on the day work was scheduled to begin and left somewhere between 3 and 4 PM. On day 2 they were there for about the same amount of time and at the end of day 2 the work was completed. On both days the crew left the property clean and free of debris, and I was very impressed both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. The project couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would absolutely hire Mr. Guyaux and his crew again."

I had Steve replace my roof about 7 yrs ago, and he did great job then so I called him when I decided to have larger gutters installed and replace some rotted fascia. Initially I wanted to have siding replaced as well, but Steve talked me out of it, insisting it would not be a good investment. Instead he recommended having it painted, which I did using my painter for 1/10th the cost of new siding. I appreciated Steve honesty and judgement, a rarity in an age of fly-by-night contractors.
