"Had an awesome experience with these guys. We had to do both radon mitigation and sump pump installation. I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! Totally not his job, but I asked him if he knew a good electrician and by doing some basic trouble-shooting he was able to fix it and save us the cost of having an electrician come by! "We shopped around for the best and most competitively priced radon company and I'm confident we found just that in SWAT Environmental.  The woman on the phone was quite thorough in analyzing our exact needs and she provided a detailed quote via email within minutes.  She provided some add-on options for the system, but I didn't feel as if I was being "up sold".  The day of installation things went very smoothly.  Brian from SWAT showed up promptly at 8am and answered a variety of questions.  We were concerned because our crawl space was not sealed and sealing it was not included in the original bid.  After some discussion, we decided to try the basic system first and then we would re-test to see if that did the trick.  Brian consulted us on exactly where the pipe and vent would be and he was neat and efficient with his work.  His final walk-through with us after installation was perhaps the best part.  He made sure we knew exactly how the system works, what to look for in the event of a problem and how to do the re-test.  My wife and I felt very comfortable with Brian and with SWAT overall and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family. <br />"

"The technician Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best place to put it.  He was considerate of noise, aesthetic appearance, and not damaging the house.  There was no easily available source of electricity in that spot.  If it is an easier connection they do it, but this he said required an electrician.  So he left it ready to be connected to power and took $100 off the bill to cover that cost.  I got that done afterward and the system started right up.  I do not yet have the retest results for the radon level, which will be the final proof of success, but the installation went very well and they were great to work with."
