"Customer service was amazing he even explained tools to my 3 year old grandson, did excellent work with replacing 4 of my windows and cleaned everything all in 1 day, replaced my front porch and skirting and was always available for any questions or concerns and very polite I definitely recommend for any and all home improvements. The best part is they are very professional and they care each time they called they would always see how my mom was doing after her stroke. A+++++ in my book "

"Steve came out right away to give us an estimate for power washing and staining our new deck. His estimate was reasonable and even though he was very busy, managed to schedule our deck work within just a couple of weeks. Steve and his partner arrived on schedule, power washed that morning; and came back a couple of days later to do the staining. They were friendly, hard-working, and efficient and the deck looked great! We would definitely hire Steve to stain our deck again! Thanks Steve!"

"The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."

He arrived right on time and worked quickly to clean our chimney that had not been used for several years. He was efficient and professional. He cleaned the area when he was finished. "very well. I had a detailed quote from Graystone Painting within 2 days of contacting them. Once we determined they would be doing the work, we were on the schedule. Painting began on schedule and they were done on-time. Crew was VERY professional, TOP quality, and courteous. We were also having a new deck installed at the same time they were painting. They took great care to ensure we got no paint splatters on the new deck and worked with the construction crew. Within 2 hours of being done, one of the owners stopped by to do a walk-around and make sure we were satisfied. They also returned a couple of days later to ensure satisfaction. Customer Service is top notch! We will be reaching out to them again for interior OR exterior painting."

"Both installs went very smoothly and I was impressed by how proficient and clean they were.  They laid dropcloth down on all surfaces that they needed to access, disposed of the old windows, and vacuumed up after they were done.  They even cleaned the new windows.  They were courteous when speaking to me and with each other and were careful not to let my dog out whenever they needed to leave the house.  They had the 6 windows installed in about 4 hours and the other 2 windows were installed in just over an hour.  I look forward to having them return for my next home improvement project."
