Because of our short timeline and the location's rural location, we had a hard time finding an contractor. TILT offered a bid at a reasonable price and did the job exceedingly well. There was a hiccup due to contradictory instructions given by some family members, but we cleared it up and TILT responded well. Overall, they were very responsive to phone calls and requests. "Rightway Construction is the best contractor we have ever hired.  We got ten bids for our project from small business to large companies.  Kevin and Amy (husband and wife team) were the only company that did not make me feel bad for the current condition of my home or use scare tactics into getting their business.  Kevin and Amy worked as a team explaining what they would do and who would be doing it (themselves).  They were the most affordable oddly enough and the kindest.  I do want to point out that I have two kids with special needs and they were very careful and kind with them.  Even my plants were not destroyed and I was planning on that one.
They were early and on time every day they were here.  The work was done VERY fast.  They cleaned up after themselves constantly so the work site was always clean and not trashy.  They installed hardie plank siding.  It looks amazing!!!  They went above and beyond.  We even had a slight bee problem and they were even prepared for that.  My home feels brand new.  My neighbors have all been by and loved all the work and were super impressed.  One neighbor is even going to hire them to work on her house.  I can't say enough good things about them.  They are honest and reliable.  Lastly I even got a hand written card in the mail thanking me for the job.  To me that meant a lot.
Would I hire them again?  YES!

"we worked w/tim a few years ago in the siting of a cabin on our property on a remote island in the san juans. we were happy to be able to tap into his many years of practical experience designing and bldg in the islands and in seattle. his fresh perspective, walking our 3+ acre site w/us, confirmed the siting assumptions we'd made and allowed us to move fwd w/our building knowing that we'd left few, if any, stones unturned. his design sense speaks to both contemporary and/or traditional/rustic design -- appropriate design being the key to his vision -- he understands the value of not imposing a design on a site but rather working w/the landform and design to assure a superb fit. tim helped us transform our bldg from ideas to a buildable design. he understands and is highly experienced in the bldg process and is well-versed in the pragmatics, from programming, to schematic design to siting to contractor evaluation and can take a scheme to fruition! he really helped us move our project forward. in the event of a contractor dispute, tim can be helpful in setting things straight and helping to get things back on track and again, moving forward. he's also quite astute in confirming budgeting assumptions, bringing his deep, real world experience to bear on a project. that said, we'd be happy to work w/tim again on any building project we undertake -- he's easygoing, a solid listener and a terrific resource for any project you might want to undertake."
