In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. The defects were explained and I could see I really needed a whole new roof. I was given choices of shingles and learned about a new product that helps to prevent moss growth on the roof. The roofers worked together and very efficiently. Also the work was done with care as to not damage my gardens. They cleaned the area up nicely at the end of the day. My neighbor noticed my roof and asked if my contractor would evaluate his roof. The contractor did so that day. He also had his roof replaced right after mine. So nice we received our new roofs right before the fall through spring rain started.
