I have a complicated work schedule and the owner called me and worked with me to schedule a service call. The technician showed up and was professional, polite, and quick with his work. He diagnosed the problem and regarding how the water leak happened and explained everything to me clearly. He re-assembled the machine and put it back into place just like it was before. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the whole experience and working with this company. I will definitely use this Knapp's again should another appliance issue arise.
